1、 Core structure and working principle

Clutch bearings are mainly composed of inner and outer rings, rolling elements (rollers or steel balls), retainers, and sealing structures, and usually work in conjunction with clutch release forks. When the driver steps on the clutch pedal, the bearing moves axially under the push of the shift fork, compressing the clutch pressure plate and separating the lever, interrupting the power transmission between the engine and the transmission, and achieving gear shifting operation; After releasing the pedal, the bearings reset and the power is reconnected. This structural design ensures precise switching of power transmission and serves as the "power switch" for the clutch system. ​
