Product Introduction

   SHG(SHF) Series Flexible Bearings for Harmonic Drive have an integral outer and inner ring structure, which has almost no impact on performance during installation, providing stable rotational accuracy and torque. They are mainly used in the output sections of various SHG and SHF series reducers.

   Flexible Bearing for Harmonic Drive include two main types: rigid bearings and flexible bearings. Rigid bearings comprise four series: CSG(CSF), CSD, SHG(SHF), and SHD, named according to the reducer's naming convention. Flexible bearings are named HYR.

    Rigid bearings for harmonic reducers have a crossed cylindrical roller structure. Depending on their application, they are divided into two main categories: those with a split outer ring, those with an integral inner ring, and those with both outer and inner rings being integral. The rolling elements are cylindrical rollers arranged perpendicularly to each other at 90° in a V-shaped raceway. This type of bearing can simultaneously withstand loads in multiple directions, including axial loads, radial loads, and overturning moments. The bearings feature high precision, high rigidity, and composite load-bearing capacity.
