Product Introduction

    CSG(CSF) Series Flexible Bearing has an outer ring divided into two pieces, while the inner ring is a single piece. It requires no flange or bearing housing for installation and is mainly used in the output sections of various CSG and CSF series reducers.

    Harmonic reducer bearings include two main types: rigid bearings and flexible bearings. Rigid bearings comprise four series: CSG (CSF), CSD, SHG (SHF), and SHD, named according to the reducer's naming convention. Flexible bearings are named HYR.

    Rigid bearings for harmonic reducers have a crossed cylindrical roller structure. Depending on their application, they are divided into two main categories: those with a split outer ring, those with a single inner ring, and those with both outer and inner rings being single pieces. The rolling elements are cylindrical rollers arranged perpendicularly to each other at 90° in a V-shaped raceway. This type of bearing can simultaneously withstand axial loads, radial loads, and overturning moments in multiple directions, and features high precision, high rigidity, and composite load-bearing capacity.
